Order Processing & Shipping:
email@example.com utilizes USPS Post Regular Parcel Shipping for all orders which receive the FREE USPSWide Shipping. Most orders will arrive within 2-9 business days of the order being placed.
firstname.lastname@example.org processes all orders during business hours (Monday-Friday: 12pM-7:00PM AT). In order to maintain the highest possible level of customer experience email@example.com works tirelessly to ensure that all orders placed before 1:00pm AT will be shipped the same day, with all orders processed after 1:00PM AT being shipped the morning of the next business day. Occasionally due to an unforeseen re-stocking of items a slight delay on shipping of your order may occur, however this is not the norm, and the Love Krush team will contact you if any major delays are to occur. Orders delivered by USA Post will require a signature in order to be delivered.
No worries! The reason we have chosen USA Post to handle all of our shipping is because USA Post has the largest network of pick-up locations. a note will be placed at your residence guiding you to the pickup location.
Package Not Picked Up:
If you are not available to receive your order, your package will be brought to the nearest USPS Post Office. Your package will then be held for 15 calendar days. If your package gets sent back to our warehouse you will have the option to re-ship or receive a refund, less a 20% processing fee.
Delivery Address Accuracy:
We strive to ensure all orders arrive as quickly as possible however we do ask that you ensure accuracy in your delivery address information! This means you need to confirm proper address, postal code, city, province, apartment number, unit number, buzzer number, or any other important information which is crucial to ensuring a successful delivery. If shipping to a business please provide the name of the business. Love Krush is not responsible for any shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to shipping inaccuracies.
firstname.lastname@example.org will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges which are accrued due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address it will be returned or abandoned. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any and all shipping charges associated with this including the original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as tax and/or other charges.
Damaged, Missing, or Order Error Shipments:
If you receive an order from Love Krush and believe the package to be damaged, missing, or containing an error please contact our support staff at email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your package. Please do not accept packages that are visibly opened or damaged. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as “Damaged”.
Right to Revoke Orders:
Love Krush has the right to revoke any and all orders if it is believed that account abuse has occurred. Account abuse can take many forms. An example of account abuse would be a client making multiple accounts in order to take advantage of a promotional campaign which was designed to be single use. The classification of account abuse will be left up to the sole discretion of the Love Krush customer service representative. If it has been determined that account abuse has occurred, the order in question will be held while the client is notified. After notification a full refund of the order will be issued. If unable to contact the end client after 15 days the order will automatically be refunded with a notification email being sent to the client at the email provided via the account creation process.

It is for these reasons that we have one of the best return and exchange programs in the industry. We guarantee your product satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchased product, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange if you return it to Love Krush within 5 days not open or used (except on select categories), providing the following guidelines are met. firstname.lastname@example.org charges a $25 return/exchange charge to help cover the costs of shipping and restocking of the order. Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:
Approval and Original Packaging:
Items must be approved for return/exchange and come with its original invoice, packaging, manuals, accessories, or warranty cards. For more information or help starting the return/exchange process please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
All clearance items on www.lovekrushinc.com are final sale. Unfortunately clearance items are soon to be discontinued items and we are unable to honor our satisfaction guarantee. Clearance items can be found underneath our clearance section.
All liquids may be exchanged or returned to LOVE KRISH provided the exchange is made within 5 days of the order, all packaging and paperwork is accounted for, and the liquid must have a minimum of 2/3’s of its contents remaining.
All styling tools may be returned or exchanged, provided the styling tools are returned within 5 days of receiving your order (determined through USPS Post’s tracking system). The styling tool must be accompanied by its original packaging. The user must read all instruction manuals on the proper use of the styling tool before using (turning on) to ensure no manufacture defects.
Defective Styling Tools:
All styling tools with a manufacturer defect may be exchanged within one year of original purchase date (product must enter our warehouse by the end of the first year of purchase to qualify). The customer must provide proof of purchase including all documents pertaining to the initial purchase.
All personal items such as combs, brushes, nail products, polishes, cosmetics, and hair accessories are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is for sanitary purposes and we are sorry for any inconveniences!
